What an Orme OS deployment looks like, from the first map to hand-off

Software pays off only when a team runs on it. How we deploy Orme OS in four phases over eight to sixteen weeks, what happens in the first week of rollout, and what a team keeps at the end.

Short answer

An Orme OS deployment runs in four phases over eight to sixteen weeks. We map how your team sells and where operational work eats selling time, design the workflows and approval rules inside the platform, run the rollout with your team on live deals, and hand off once it runs without us. You keep Orme OS, the playbooks and a team that owns them.

Why does Orme OS come with a deployment?

#

Buying software has never been the hard part for a revenue team. The hard part is deciding where AI changes the numbers, changing how people sell around it, and getting them to work that way on a busy week. That is operating-model work, and a login does not do it. So every Orme OS deployment is led hands on, from strategy through rollout, by an operator who has built revenue functions before.

What happens in the map phase?

#

The first two weeks. We learn how your team sells today, the numbers that matter to you, and where operational work eats selling time: research, call notes, follow-ups, record updates. The result is an operating-model map in Orme OS: which motions change first, what the agents will do, and which judgments stay with which people.

What gets designed for the team?

#

The workflows the team will run: stages and their criteria, forecast categories, outbound plays, and the rules for who approves what. Orme drafts the templates and your team corrects them, so the playbooks in the platform describe how your team works rather than how a vendor thinks it should.

What happens in the first week of rollout?

#

A kickoff with the people who will use Orme OS, an import of a limited set of live deals that we run with you on the call, and a short orientation for sellers. We sit in on the first forecast call run from Orme OS, tune the templates and rules in the days after it, and send a written summary of the first week: what worked, what needed changing and what comes next.

How does the rollout continue after the first week?

#

Alongside your existing CRM, deal by deal. Adoption is the deliverable, so we watch whether proposals are being approved, whether recaps go out after calls, and whether the forecast meeting uses the evidence. The team decides if and when Orme OS becomes the record.

What does hand-off mean?

#

The platform runs without us. You keep Orme OS, the playbooks and a team that owns them, and your revenue operations lead owns the rules for what agents may do.

How long does a deployment take?

#

Most deployments run eight to sixteen weeks. We scope the shape and the price on the first call, because both depend on how many teams and motions are involved.

Bring the problem. We will scope the work on the call.

The first call is a real working conversation, not a pitch.
