Privacy Policy
Orme Innovation Inc. · Effective August 3, 2026
This policy says what Orme Innovation Inc. collects, why, and what we will never do with it. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.
On this website
We run no advertising trackers and no analytics vendor, and we set no cookies of our own on this site. Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard server logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) that we use only to operate the site.
If you book a call, scheduling runs through Calendly, which collects the details you enter under its own privacy policy. If you email us, we keep the correspondence.
In the Orme OS product
Orme OS works by observing a revenue team's own communications with that team's explicit, revocable consent: mailboxes and calendars connect through OAuth, call transcripts come from recorders the customer already runs, and disconnecting stops observation immediately.
Customer content is used to do the customer's work and for nothing else. We do not sell personal data. We do not use customer content to train foundation models. Model processing runs through Anthropic's API, which does not train on API data by default.
Every record the product writes carries its source, and a person can be deleted on request: deletion removes their personal data across every table that holds it, within 30 days, and leaves a suppression entry so they are not contacted again.
Retention and deletion
Email bodies and transcript text are retained for 24 months by default and are configurable per workspace. Audit records are kept for the life of the workspace. When a customer leaves, they can export everything first, and we purge their workspace within 30 days of offboarding.
Questions
Write to us and a person answers. This policy changes only by being updated on this page, with the effective date above.
