Go-to-market and revenue strategy: deciding where AI moves the numbers

Agents added to an unclear motion do the unclear thing faster. How our commercialization, go-to-market and revenue strategy work decides where AI changes how a team wins, and turns the plan into what Orme OS runs.

Short answer

Before any agent is switched on, we decide where AI changes how you win. We look at your segments, motion, pricing logic and funnel, find the growth already sitting in the pipeline and the growth AI can add, rank both against effort, and turn the plan into the signals, plays and stage criteria Orme OS runs on.

Why start with strategy before switching agents on?

#

Agents added to an unclear motion do the unclear thing faster. Before Orme OS drafts a single email, we decide which segments to go after first, what makes a company in each segment need you now, and how each one is won. Those decisions become the signal list, the plays and the stage criteria the platform runs on.

What does commercialization strategy cover?

#

The segments and the order to take them in, the motion for each (outbound, expansion or partnerships), the pricing logic, the proof a buyer in each segment needs to see, and the sequence to execute in. For a company taking a product into a new market, it also covers who to sell to first and what has to be true before the team grows.

How do you find the growth already in the funnel?

#

In the record, once it reflects what happened. The usual places are deals with no dated next step, commitments that were made and never followed up, accounts that went quiet after a good first meeting, and existing accounts showing the same signals that came before their first purchase. We size each one and rank it against the effort needed to act on it.

Where does AI add growth that was not there before?

#

Mostly in coverage and follow-through. Signals can be watched across every account on the list, not only the ones a seller had time to research. Every call can end with a recap and dated commitments. Every deal can be scored on evidence every week. None of that needs more people, which is why it changes what a mid-market team can cover.

How is the strategy measured?

#

Against the numbers it was meant to move: pipeline created from signals, conversion from first meeting onward, and whether deals close in the period they were forecast for. We agree the measures at the start, before anyone switches an agent on.
