Adoption programs, team training and rollout: why adoption is the deliverable

A new workflow only counts when people use it on an ordinary week. How we train each team on its own work, run the rollout alongside them, measure adoption, and extend the same approach to customers and partners.

Short answer

A new workflow counts only when people use it on an ordinary week. We train each team hands on with its own deals and calls, run the rollout alongside them, measure adoption in the work itself, and stay until the weekly routines run from Orme OS without us. Customer and partner adoption programs apply the same approach outside the team.

Why do AI rollouts stall after the pilot?

#

Because the tool is added beside the old way of working instead of replacing part of it. The pilot runs on the enthusiasm of a few people, the weekly pipeline review still runs from the old spreadsheet, and within a quarter the new tool is one more tab. Adoption holds when the routines that run the team, the forecast call and the deal review, run from the new system.

What does team training look like?

#

Hands on, on each team's own work. Sellers practise approving, editing and rejecting proposals on their own deals and their own calls. Managers run a forecast review from the evidence view. Revenue operations learns to change stages, categories, plays and the rules for what agents may do. Sales, success, marketing and operations teams each train on their own workflows, not on a generic course about AI.

How is adoption measured?

#

In the work itself: whether recaps are approved soon after the call, how often proposals are accepted, edited or rejected, whether the forecast meeting uses the evidence, and whether next step dates on open deals stay in the future. A high edit rate is useful information. It shows where the drafts or the rules need work.

What are customer and partner adoption programs?

#

Some changes reach beyond the team: a new way for partners to register deals, a change in how customers are onboarded, or a motion partners need to follow. We design those programs with you, run them, and track whether customers and partners are working the new way.

When is the rollout finished?

#

When the team runs its weekly routines from Orme OS without us: the forecast call, the deal reviews and the outbound plays, with named owners for the rules and the playbooks. Until then, we stay in the work.

Bring the problem. We will scope the work on the call.

The first call is a real working conversation, not a pitch.
