What is Orme OS? AI agents for revenue work, with a person on every judgment call

Orme OS is an applied-AI go-to-market platform. Agents do a revenue team's operational work, from finding buyers to keeping the record and the forecast current, and a named person approves every judgment. What it does and where it stands.

Short answer

Orme OS is an applied-AI go-to-market platform from Orme Innovation Inc. AI agents do a revenue team's operational work: they find accounts showing buying signals, draft outreach grounded in evidence, prepare and recap meetings, keep the record current and score the forecast. A named person approves every judgment and every first email before anything is saved or sent.

What work does Orme OS take off a revenue team?

#

The work that surrounds selling. Researching which accounts have a reason to buy this quarter. Writing a first email that says something true about the buyer. Preparing for a meeting. Writing the recap and the follow-up afterwards. Updating the record, chasing commitments, and rolling all of it into a forecast someone will stand behind on Monday.

In most teams that work is done late, from memory, or not at all, because the next call always comes first. Orme OS gives each piece of it to an agent and puts the result in front of the person who owns the account.

What are the two sides of Orme OS?

#
  • Finding buyers. Orme OS works out which signals matter for what you sell, ranks accounts by the evidence it finds, and drafts outreach in which every claim about the buyer points to its source. Replies are sorted into interested, objection, referral, not now and unsubscribe, and meeting times are proposed from the seller's calendar.
  • Running deals. Before a meeting, an agent prepares a brief. After it, an agent matches the transcript to the meeting, drafts the recap with the commitments made, proposes the record changes and drafts the follow-up. A follow-up agent tracks accepted commitments and unanswered threads, and a forecast agent scores every deal on evidence.

How does Orme OS decide what an agent may do alone?

#

Everything an agent does falls into one of three classes. Facts it observes, such as a meeting that took place or who attended, are written to the record with their source and can be reversed. Judgments, such as stage, amount, close date, forecast category and commitments, are proposed and wait for a person to accept them. Anything that leaves the company, such as an email or a calendar invite, needs a named person's approval.

Those rules are enforced by the software rather than by instructions to a model. A proposed judgment that does not cite its evidence is refused before anyone sees it.

What does a person see in Orme OS?

#

A Today view with what the agents did, the one decision that needs attention first, and a grouped queue of proposals. Each proposal shows the evidence behind it, and approving, editing or rejecting takes one keystroke. A deal room shows where every field on the record came from, and the pipeline view puts the agent's forecast call next to the team's own call.

Where does Orme OS stand today?

We are opening a small number of private pilots. There is no self-serve signup and no public pricing yet. A pilot runs alongside the CRM a team already has, and every deployment is led hands on by Orme, from strategy through rollout.

Bring the problem. We will scope the work on the call.

The first call is a real working conversation, not a pitch.
