Orme OS is an applied-AI go-to-market platform that identifies high-value AI applications, redesigns revenue workflows, and measures pipeline, conversion, and retention.
How it works
Every frame below shows sample data.
1
Orme OS watches the work your team already does: calls, email threads, and meetings become structured signals, with nothing retyped.
2
When something needs doing, an agent drafts it: the recap, the follow-up, the record change, each carrying the evidence behind it.
3
Nothing an agent drafts moves until a named person says so: approve, edit, or reject, one keystroke each.
4
Approved changes write themselves to the record with the source attached, so the CRM stays true without anyone typing into it.
5
The pipeline reads from those records: the agent's call sits next to the human's call, and every number traces back to evidence.
Each claim links to the sentence it came from: the email, the call minute, the meeting note. You read the words themselves, not a paraphrase of them.
Every send and every record judgment shows who approved it and when. Observed facts, like a meeting that happened, are logged with the agent and evidence that produced them. There is no anonymous automation anywhere in the product.
When you edit or reject a proposal, that decision is recorded and kept. The system never overwrites a human call with its own.
Most CRMs are graveyards: reps type in what they remember, weeks late, and the pipeline review runs on fiction. Orme OS fills the record from what actually happened: observed facts are logged with their source, and a human signs off before any judgment (a stage, an amount, a commitment) is written down.
The teams we are building for have enough deals that the operational work hurts, and are small enough that more headcount is not the answer.
We are opening a small number of private pilots. There is no public pricing and no self-serve signup yet: we are building in the open and will work closely with a small number of pilot teams. If the loop above matches how your team should run, we would like to talk.
The first call is a working conversation with the founder, not a pitch.
